Worst Services Providede by satnam Honda

I would like to bring your attention to some bitter experiences with your dealer, Satman Honda, Tonk Road Jaipur .I have purchased Honda Activa on 16thFeb-11 from Satnam Honda, Tonk Road Jaipur. My Vehicle no. is RJ-14 BE-3345 in the Name of Mrs. Namita Sekhri.

After purchasing of 3 months, My Honda active was not run properly. The front tyre is so heavy so I was went to the Service centre (Satnam Honda) & tell them that there is some problem occurred in my front wheel tyre. When I drived I feel that my front tyre is not working smoothly it seems heavier. Sometimes when I turn right or left, I fear to felt down.

Firstly at Jan 2012 month , I gave my activa to Satnam Honda Service Centre for this problem at 9.45 A.M.,but when I get there at 5.30pm,then my Activa was in same condition in which I was left. Then they give me time of 3pm by next day giving me the reason that the there is some problem in front tyre tube, we can replace the same. No doubt they replace it. But after 9 days same problem was facing by me. Then again I had complain online regarding that Issue then Mr. Harvinder called me with No.+919001221606 & request me to come & drop your activa to his company after that I went to the satnam Honda on 16th Feb-12 again & tell them the same problem but they assured to that this is the last time I am facing this inconvenience .But after 4 days same problem is starting again & again. And it' remain currently.

I Know, When I m going again to service centre, they kept my activa morning to evening but the result the same.

If Honda is not interested to provide proper service to customer then they have no right to be in market they should close their business and do something in which they are better .What kind of services they are providing to customer at Satnam Honda services in Jaipur. This is not acceptable from such a big brand in market.

Kindly Provide me the Proper Solution of my Complain Either I can File a written complain in Consumer Court for the same.
